HR Giger was considered one of the great representatives of fantastic realism and surrealism. His artistic work is distinguished by the characteristic of Giger “biomechanical style” of – a mixture of mechanics and the living. Few artists arouse as much fascination as HR Giger, a mythical name in the world of fantasy. Its unique graphical and pictorial work is filled with unusual, bizarre and fantastic shapes. Giger Biomechanoide are archetypes, surreal creatures that serve as a metaphor for human nature, in surgery and genetic manipulation could allow such creatures. In the airbrush technique, which he helped to develop significantly, he found the perfect form for the presentation of its mutant creatures.
